1 out of 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their life time. Women with close relatives that have or have had breast cancer have double the risk of getting it. Last year there were 2.6 million breast cancer survivors and the death rates have been dropping since 1990.  These numbers have been dropping because of the rise of awareness since then, and With awareness comes prevention.  So be aware of the risks, take precautions and take a stand for your health, your mother's, your daughter's, your wife's, your Aunt's, your grandmother's, your niece's, and your sister's health because statistics show that 1 of them will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.
